This video introduces and explains refraction and Snell’s Law for A Level Physics.

We can model the refraction of light as a truck moving from concrete to grass. The part of the truck that crosses the boundary first will slow down before the rest of the truck, effectively turning the truck. Light behaves similarly as it crosses a boundary between two mediums. The refraction of light is given by Snell’s Law: n=sini/sinr or sini/sinr=constant
